*Custom Design is produced at the specific request, stated and implied specifications of the individual. All rights to the designs and replications are reserved by Hannoush Jewelers. All custom work requires a 50% deposit of the item’s final cost. Full payment upon receipt of the custom work denotes the client’s satisfaction with the custom design. Custom designs may not be returned or exchanged. . In the case of cancellation of a custom design there is a 20% non-refundable fee to cover the cost of labor, materials, or wax models used to start the project.
