Within 30 days of any purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. The item must be in new and unmodified condition and accompanied by all boxes as well as the original sales receipt. We will not accept returns on custom made or special order items.
Returning Your Purchase
In store purchases:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Hannoush Jewelers, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the sale date. All refunds are returned in the same manner the purchase was made.
Website Purchases:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from HannoushNY.com you may obtain and return authorization within 14 days of the first delivery attempt. To return an item you must first speak with a representative at Hannoush Jewelers to obtain a return authorization number. Items being returned must be insured for shipping through your carrier of choice. Please note that Hannoush Jewelers cannot be held liable for shipping or insurance charges associated with return shipping. For security purposes, do not write Jewelry Anywhere on the outside of the package.
We will not accept returns of merchandise with any signs of wear or damage. We will not accept returns on ay custom or altered items; including but not limited to, custom ring sizing's, engravings, adjusted watches, and special orders.
Return Conditions
All items to be returned or exchanged must be in unmodified and new condition. We will not accept returns on items with any sign of wear or damage.
Custom Design and Special Order Items are not eligible for return.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item.
Exchanges
Any items in new and unmodified condition may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value.
Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom and Special Order Items
Custom Designed pieces and out of stock items take 4-8 weeks for production, and you will receive an ETA within 7 business days of purchase.
